Can I add additional products to a box?

Yes. There will be an extra charge, depending in the item. Please reach out to jessica@thelullabylane.com for additional information. 

Can I exchange an item for another item in a box?

Reach out to Jessica, she'll let you know if possible. 

Is shipping included?

No, shipping is not included in the price of our boxes. We have a set flat rate of $5 to ship. At this time, we do not ship internationally. 

How long does it take to receive my box?

Your box will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order.  If located in the United States you should receive your box an estimated 3  to 5 business days after it has shipped.

What is your warranty policy?

If you receive any defective products in your box, we will be happy to replace them. Send us a photo of the damaged item to and we will send you a new one.
